Store Files. Deliver Them Without the Chaos.

Upload full-resolution files and deliver them to clients through a branded portal. No WhatsApp compression. No WeTransfer expiry links. No Google Drive folder juggling. Just clean, organized file delivery built for Rwandan studios.

WhatsApp compresses your work. WeTransfer forgets it.

Rwandan studios deliver most of their work the same way: via WhatsApp (which compresses photos and videos to a fraction of their quality), or via WeTransfer links that expire in a week and vanish from history.

When a client asks for a file you delivered 3 months ago, you spend 20 minutes searching through your own drives. A proper file storage and delivery system solves this and makes your studio look far more professional to clients who are used to getting their stuff through a random WhatsApp message.

File storage that is part of your studio workflow

Not a separate app. Connected to your clients, projects, and deliverables.

Full-resolution uploads

Upload photos, videos, and design files at full quality. No compression, no downsizing — your work arrives exactly as you created it.

Organized by client and project

Every file lives inside the right client's space, organized by project. No more 'final_v3_ACTUAL_FINAL.psd' in an unnamed folder.

Branded file delivery

Clients access their files through a portal with your studio name, not a generic Google Drive page or a WeTransfer link.

Client self-service downloads

Clients log into their portal and download whatever they need, whenever they need it. No more resending files you already sent twice.

Shareable links with expiry

Generate a download link for any file or folder. Set an expiry date for time-limited access. Useful for final deliverables.

Secure and private

Each client only sees their own files. Nothing is ever accidentally shared across client accounts.

A Dropbox alternative built for Rwandan agencies

Dropbox and Google Drive are personal storage tools that agencies have adapted for client delivery. They work, but the experience is generic and you pay for them separately on top of your invoicing tool, project management tool, and social media scheduler.

KoraStudio includes file storage and delivery as part of the studio platform. Your files live next to your invoices, your client portal, and your project boards. One monthly cost in RWF covers everything.

Frequently asked questions

Why not just use Google Drive or Dropbox?

Google Drive and Dropbox work fine as personal storage, but they are not built for client delivery. When you share a Drive link, your client sees a generic Google page. KoraStudio delivers files through a branded client portal — your studio name, your client's files, organized by project. And because storage is connected to invoicing and project management, everything is in one place.

Does KoraStudio compress files when I upload them?

No. Files are stored and delivered at their original quality. This matters for photographers, videographers, and designers whose work needs to reach clients at full resolution.

How much storage do I get?

Free plan includes basic storage for one client. Paid plans (from 5,000 RWF per month) include significantly more storage across all clients, with options for additional storage on higher tiers. Check the pricing page for current limits.

Can I set expiry on shared links?

Yes. When you share a file or folder with a client, you can set how long the link is valid. Useful for final deliverables you want the client to download within a specific period.

Is there a file size limit?

Individual file uploads support large files suitable for video and high-resolution photography. Exact limits depend on your plan. If you regularly deliver very large video projects, check the current plan limits on the pricing page.
